On September 16, the first industrial real estate project of Sino Japanese eco city - Jingang Sino Japanese smart manufacturing industrial park started laying the foundation. This is another important "benchmark" project for Jinpu new area to deepen opening-up and cooperation with Japan, improve industrial supporting services to Japan and accelerate the agglomeration of industrial positions after the new Dalian plant of Japanese power industry, marking that the construction of China Japan eco city has accelerated to a new stage of leapfrog development.

The Sino Japanese smart manufacturing industrial park of Jingang is invested and constructed by Dalian Jingang Group Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is located in the Sino Japanese eco city, with a total planning area of 194000 square meters. The project is constructed in accordance with the principle of "overall planning and phased implementation". Among them, the phase I project covers an area of 93000 square meters. It is planned to build 7 workshops, 4 comprehensive service buildings and 1 office building, which can accommodate more than 2000 people's accommodation and daily activities. It is planned to be completed and put into use in July 2022. After the completion of the project, a flexible business operation mode will be adopted to provide production plants, supporting facilities and services for small and medium-sized enterprises investing in China Japan eco city, so as to make them become high-quality partners and service providers for small and medium-sized enterprises.

As an important carrier of China Japan (Dalian) local development cooperation demonstration zone, China Japan eco city is the "No. 1 project" determined by Dalian municipal government this year. Among them, the China Japan eco city portal Plaza will be fully completed by the end of September. The new Japanese power plant (phase II) project is expected to be delivered to Japan by the end of November this year.
