Model I: Plant customization

Aiming at foreign and high-quality domestic customers, we acquire industrial land, design drawings, build factory buildings, warehouses, R&D buildings, etc. according to the needs of customers, and then carry out operation and management ofrelevant facilities of the project in the form of leasing, transfer or joint investment. At present, we have successfully developed the projects of the Japanese enterprise Alps Electric Co., Ltd., theleading joint venture for vaccines, Sinovac and Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.

Model II: Industrial park

We determine the target areas based on market analysis, regional demand of relevant industries, preferential policies of the government and other conditions. After obtaining the land use right, we will design and plan the layout of buildings and roads in the industrial park in a reasonably and scientific way, build a high-quality park that meets the regulations, and then conduct investment attraction and operation management. At present, we have successfully developed the project of Jingang Logistics Park, and developed the Sino-Japan equipment manufacturing industrial park, the supporting Jingang industrial park and other projects via joint investment.
