• The construction of the plant expansion project of Liebherr Machinery (Dalian) Co., Ltd., invested in Germany, was commenced
• The 20000t/aLMA feed additive construction supplementary project of Dalian Zhuhua Jingang Chemical Co., Ltd.
2011
• The construction of EPC of 2# joint plant of Deutz FAW (Dalian) Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. –the national IV product investment project, 2# building project of Dalian Jinshitan Cultural Expo Plaza, the site leveling project of the reclamation area of Dalian Free Trade Zone, the continuous reconstruction of Jinshitanof Dalian Development Zone and other projects was successively commenced
• The construction of EPC of Dalian Sports Center was commenced. The project is the venue project of the National Games. The tennis court project won the title of excellent project in Liaoning Province, receiving unanimous recognition from the provincial and municipal leaders.

• Level I qualification for EPC of municipal engineering, a Level I qualification for the contracting of the steel structure specialty
2009
• Dalian Zhuhua Jingang Chemical Co., Ltd. was established through joint investment with Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.
2008
• It was renamed Dalian Jinwan Construction Group Co., Ltd.. With the continuously expanding business scope and the rising performance, the Group entered a stage of rapid development.
2006
• The company was relocated to its new site, No. 9, West Wanli treet, with its own office building and workshop covering an area of 18,000 m2.
2004
• The qualification of the Group was upgraded to Level I qualification for EPC of construction.
2003
• The construction of the production workshop project of Dalian Kaifei Chemical Co., Ltd. was commenced.
• The construction project of the entrance square of Dalian Forest Zoo won the Luban Prize for Construction Projects.
2002
• The Group was renamed Dalian Jinwan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., with the Level II qualification for EPC of housing construction projects granted by the Ministry of Construction.
• With the development and construction of Jinwan New Town Project, the company entered the era of real estate construction.
2001
• With the expansion in the field of real estate, the Group set up Jinwan Industrial Co., Ltd. through joint investment.
1998
• In 1998, the company jointly developed and constructed the supporting Dalian Jingang enterprise park project, thus becoming the leading enterprise of industrial real estate in Dalian, promoting the vigorous development of regional economy, and the Group started business in industrial real estate.
1993
• In 1993, the company was renamed Wanli Construction Engineering Corporation of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone.
1976
• In 1976, the Dalian Jinxian Wanli Township Construction Engineering Team was established, which is the predecessor of Dalian Jinwan Construction Group Co., Ltd. Since then, Jinwan Group came into being.
